What we collect

We collect the account information you provide, such as your email address and profile details, along with website details, uploaded materials and messages you submit to the builder.

How we use it

We use this information to authenticate you, generate and host your website, process support requests, prevent abuse and improve service reliability. Uploaded materials may be sent to the configured AI provider only to provide the requested website-building features.

Payments

Card payments are processed by Stripe. Qname does not store full card numbers or card security codes.

Sharing and retention

We share data only with service providers needed to run Qname, including hosting, email, payment and AI providers. We retain account and site data while your account and hosting remain active, or as needed for legitimate operational and legal purposes.

Your choices

You can update your account and website information in Qname. To request account deletion or ask a privacy question, contact [email protected].
