Using Qname

Qname provides AI-assisted tools to create, edit and publish business websites. You are responsible for the information, images and other material you add, and for making sure you have the right to use it.

Acceptable use

Qname is for legitimate business websites. You may not use the service to create, publish or host websites that contain or promote: illegal products, services or activity; adult or sexually explicit content; gambling or betting services; the sale of pharmaceuticals, prescription drugs or controlled substances; weapons, explosives or regulated goods; hate speech, harassment or discrimination; malware, phishing or other deceptive practices; content that infringes intellectual property rights; or false, misleading or fraudulent claims. AI-generated content is reviewed against these rules, and we may suspend or remove any site that violates them, with notice where practical.

Plans, hosting and renewal

Paid plans are one-time purchases for one website. Keeping a published site online requires the annual hosting renewal shown at checkout. Prices, plan inclusions and renewal terms are displayed before payment.

Reasonable use

Pro includes unlimited normal website-building activity and ongoing updates. It does not include automated bulk generation, scraping, resale, API-style access, security testing without permission, or activity intended to overload the service. We may temporarily limit or suspend clearly abusive activity and will contact you where practical.

Your content and site

You retain ownership of your content. You grant Qname the limited permission needed to process, render, store and deliver your website while you use the service. You may export the content you provide by requesting assistance at [email protected].

Availability and support

We work to keep the service and published sites available, but no online service can promise uninterrupted operation. Guide support is limited to the included time and validity period shown with the plan.
